Imaging for smaller fleets

Developed with document management services provider PaperWise, the new subscription based TransCore Imaging service offers small and mid-sized carriers document imaging that can be integrated with the company's Keystone transportation management software or fleet management systems from other developers.

Designed to streamline workflows and accelerate payment reconciliation, TransCore Imaging converts paper documents to electronic files that can be stored, accessed and searched via computer. It also uses Microsoft SQL database technology to allow integration with most dispatch and transportation management systems, according to TransCore.

Price for the new service starts at $195/mo., with final pricing based on the number of users and optional add-on services. The service can be scaled to handle paperwork for an office of five or 500, according to the company.
