Another choice is available for fleets seeking tire-pressure monitoring system as Advantage PressurePro and Vehicle Management Corp. have combined to introduce the enTire PressureAgent.
The new system combines PressurePro’s Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems with Vehicle Management’s enTire Management Software to provide a solution that reads, analyzes and reports tire pressure information, the companies said.
The system will compare tire pressure readings to the recommended pressure for each tire type and vehicle position. The information is then used by fleets to formulate alerts, readings, maintenance work orders and more. Data is uploaded directly into Microsoft Excel for further analysis, PressurePro said. The enTire PressureAgent allows the tracking of operational trends.
“Our uploading capability provides our customers with the ability to download historical pressure readings from each tire on a vehicle into enTire, which contains detailed information about the recommended pressure for each tire and axle,” said Mark Fernie, managing director of Vehicle Management Corporation. “We were impressed with the simplicity of the PressurePro system which allows quick implementation on a fleet of vehicles with a robust pressure reading system.”
