Five companies joined NationaLease in 2005, while three others transitioned from developing-member to full member status the same year.

Virginia Truck Leasing NationaLease of Roanoke VA and Calmont Pacific Leasing NationaLease of Burnaby, British Columbia, both joined NationaLease as full members in 2005. Alltruck Leasing of Glen Burnie MD, Diversified Truck Leasing of Billings MT, and Great Plains Truck Leasing of Omaha NE signed with NationaLease as developing members.

The developing-member program, started in 2002, helps truck dealership and trucking company personnel learn the leasing industry while becoming stronger and more effective in their businesses. Since its inception, this program has brought 27 companies into the NationaLease family.

Benefits and services of full membership include reciprocal emergency service, national account marketing and management, and leasing industry-related seminars.

Four developing members successfully transitioned to full member status in 2005: Duckett Truck Leasing of Poplar Bluff MO, Keystone National of Carlisle and Ephrata PA, Fleming NationaLease of Springfield VA, and TLC NationaLease of Fenton MO and Houston TX.
