Americold, provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics to the food industry, announced that Malaga Place, the company’s Ontario CA facility, was named as the General Mills Frozen Facility of the Year for 2011.
One of the world’s leading food companies, General Mills operates in more than 100 nations. The award is based on a facility’s track record of achieving operational targets and service level key performance indicators.

Americold has been a supplier to General Mills for more than 35 years. The Americold West Memphis AR facility has secured five General Mills Frozen Facility of the Year awards.
