• Dairy co-op boosts efficiency with DS

    IRM Corp has announced a successful implementation of Discovery System (DS) with one of its newest clients, Tillamook County Creamery Association(TCCA).

    IRM Corp has announced a successful implementation of Discovery System (DS) with one of its newest clients, Tillamook County Creamery Association(TCCA).

    Tillamook OR-based TCCA is a cooperative of more than 130 dairy families than began in 1909. With 550-plus employees, It offers its line of artisan cheeses, butters, ice creams, and other dairy products throughout the United States. TCCA was recently recognized at the American Cheese Society Annual 2007 Conference.

    The impact of DS on TCCA's business is already being realized. “Within the food and beverage community, getting information out to the field has always been a challenge. Discovery System is already making that process easier. It allows us to provide valuable and actionable information to our field folks,” said Erik Carlson, senior analyst for TCCA.
