PTI Lite has new functionality
A new version of PTI Lite that enables up to 10 simultaneous users will help growers scale their labeling and traceability operations.
In the new version, each user operates an individual computer with role-based permissions. Administrators control master data from a single PC, and because the computers are all connected on a local network, the administrator can easily create both individual line and aggregate reports.
The expansion of users—along with the ability to use multiple printers—is part of RedLine Solutions’ release of PTI Lite 2.0.
Todd Baggett, RedLine’s chief executive officer, said the new version is designed to be flexible around users’ growing businesses. “We created a very unique product that works with any size operation. Users can start with one to three lines and expand as needed,” he said.
Another key feature of PTI Lite is the ability to create and edit customized label formats. As businesses grow and new clients require unique labels, PTI Lite users can quickly accommodate requests.
Other features in the new release include support for multiple brand owners and brands, with no limitation on the number of GTINs or per case cost.
RedLine has provided inventory and whole chain traceability systems for growers, packers, and shippers for more than 15 years. It has more than 120 fresh produce installations across North America.
